Believe it or not, I am a relative "guitar newby". I started playing about 4 years ago at the tender age of 31! I've caught on pretty fast...if only I had started a bit earlier in life...maybe I could have been a rock star! I try to practice about an hour or so a day, and more when I can spare the time. My wife actually bought me my first guitar - and I think she regrets it a little bit since I haven't put it down since. Now I own 11 guitars - 3 electric, 4 acoustic, 2 bass guitars and 2 travel guitars...my baby being my Taylor 714CE. Outside of guitars I have a PhD in statistics and economics and work for a major Pharma company. My job requires heavy travel so don't be upset if it takes me a day or so to get back to you! In my spare time, I like to spend time with my wife and baby daughter. I currently serve as the Editor and Webmaster for GGH.
